The city owns totally 4 schools providing college-level curricula for about 15,300 adult learners, 6 vocational schools offering secondary programs to some 17,900 learners, 13 community-based academies, 86 provincial-level model schools in supply of general arts and science courses for adults, 5 state-level model grounds and 1 pilot ground and 3 provincial-level model grounds and 2 pilot grounds. The four-level network of community-based education is growing steadily and adults-centered training schools are thriving over the city. The city’s prospering rise of nonacademic education has fostered 19 private schools of further education, 488 of training programs and 180 of vocational curricula. The dual-certification approach for adult education was laurelled as one of the top 10 nationwide life-long learning programs with most popularity.
